The Terrapin Lady loves everything about this threatened species of diamond-backs.  They're not soft and cuddly, and not meant to be pets, but very interesting to study and educate folks about to be sure they'll be around for a long time to come.

Visit the Maritime Museum of Annapolis www.annapolismaritimemuseum.org to get "up-close and personal" with some terrapins.  It's located in beautiful Eastport, just over Spa Creek Bridge from downtown Annapolis, MD.
