Nautical and Nice

Living on the Chesapeake Bay, the sailing capital of the U.S., you can't go far during the season, without seeing a plethora of sailboats on the Bay or on one of the many rivers and creeks that feed into the Bay.  It was tempting to paint some of the sailboats with multi-colored spinnakers flying but I wanted this one to be just our national colors of red, white and blue.  So whether it's Memorial Day, Flag Day, Fourth of July or Labor Day, these colors are always in season.  Paired with a crisp white blouse or red or white t-shirt or to soften the look of a blazer or little navy blue linen dress, this scarf will complete your nautical look.
